To what extent can our visceral emotions transcend language? Is it possible to "understand" without Knowing.

I think that visceral emotion is understandable at a deeper level than verbal communication. Seeing someone dance or yell or just feel emotion on a deep level that displays something so raw it makes you feel it is just extremely powerful. Some actors do it most in scenes that don’t even involve talking. The most powerful seem to be loss love and hate.
